Dr Ferooze obtained his PhD from the School of Social Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia. His research focused on Malaysian humanitarian NGOs’ involvement in Gaza. Ferooze expects to publish a book on the subject with Universiti Sains Malaysia Publications. Prior to his research career, Dr Ferooze worked in the Palestine political desk of the Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Putrajaya.
He is a Senior Fellow and Coordinator of the Palestine Study Circle at the Asia Middle East Center for Research and Dialogue (AMEC) based in Malaysia.
